Prepare migration to GNU Guix #19

Attempting to improve the dotfile script made me think gave me existential crisis. Maybe it's time to stop reinventing the wheel.

Tried it, didn't work. I've reached to a conclusion that, while declarative configuration of an operating system is a very nice idea, such setups simply don't work well enough for a desktop environment.
