Minor update to RangeShiftR v 1.1.0:

adding new features of RScore 2.1.0
adaptations needed in the R interface: removing Version.cpp file and shifting macro settings to Makevars files by defining compiling flags
moving dummy functions in Rinterface.cpp to new file RangeShiftR/src/RScore/Utils.cpp

I first merged develop into main and then did a git subtree pull of RScore/main, which was updated before.
