Rewritten in ESM with latest make-fetch
ipld:// URLs can now use IPLD schema CIDs to be applied as lenses
New PATCH ipld:// method to make updates to IPLD URLs that might be deeply nested
Made tests more reliable

Test are failing, but I swear it works on my machine. :P
