Expose useful globals from `WorkerGlobalScope`

It would be very useful to have set of common globals in the global scope, I would suggest list from WorkerGlobalScope

[x] self
[ ] navigator Not all would makes sense, but I imagine some things from node process could be exposed here. Would be nice if all commonly properties of navigator were also present in a way that accessing them does crash process unless param is passed to polyfill those. For example --navigator ./navigator.json.
[ ] location probably file URL for pwd would make most sense here.
[ ] performance
[x] console
[ ] onerror
[x] atob
[x] btoa
[x] setTimeout
[x] clearTimeout
[x] setInterval
[x] clearInterval
[ ] createImageBitmap Not super important IMO
[x] fetch
[ ] close() Way to exit program.
