Add all text in translation file + add french lang #9

Hi !

I've added support for the French language. All text lines are in the translation file now. It will be easy to add any language now.

Maybe you don't want to add the fr.json file to keep the project only maintained in english. I'm currently making a module to translate all compendiums in french, I can add the translations I made and it will override your module translations if you keep all the translation keys I added. Anyone will be able to create a translation module for MOTW without requiring a pull request from you.

I very much appreciate the French translation, and I will definitely add it to the module. I have made some local changes that I hadn't pushed to GitHub, so I just need to list them and incorporate them into the project shortly after merging the PR.
