Cant enable Mystery Gift #982

How can I enable mystery gift with the iR sensor? The girl on 5F of the Goldenrod department store doesnt enable it.

it seems that mystery gift support was removed on an earlier release

Damn, why remove it??

Also for the pokemon removed from the game, they can still be traded in right?

I'm not sure why it was removed, you would have to ask Rangi

For the pokemon issue, the 9bit version does not have this problem. I would recommend playing that version. You can find a pinned link to it in the discord but here it is for your convenience: https://pc9bit.ministryofinternet.eu/

Since the pokemon storage is doubled in this version, no pokemon have been removed.

I guess I dont know which version I have, I bought it flashed to a GBC cart
