Docs disagree with the game re: Mr. Mime #14

This line in FEATURES.md doesn't correspond to what is in data/prizes.asm:

Mr. Mime: Game Corner prize (like G/S)

Right now Mr. Mime is only available through a trade.

I also need to point out that the entry about Mr. Mime in FEATURES.md is not the only entry that is incorrect.

Lickitung is found at the Safari Zone in Japanese Blue, not Yellow as wrongly stated in FEATURES.md. Also in the actual Yellow game, Lickitung is found in the basement floor of Cerulean Cave
