"Tools -> Shift IDs..." and "Edit -> Shift Selected IDs..." should allow shifting tile IDs #62

It would ask for a numeric input and add that value to the tile IDs in the selection, modulo how many tiles there can possibly be. It's potentially useful for changing which VRAM bank a section of GBC tilemap uses: just select it and add (or subtract) $100.
