Non-Windows Platform Support #4

Good to do but I wish to provide a native-ish look & feel. I think the taskbar is easy to support multi platform but config ui is not because I determined to use WinUI 3 for user-side UI. Maybe we could make a program having a relation like qemu and virt-manager.

I think also there should be platform-independent data sources.
