Movement direction names #80

The coordinates are embedded in this code. THis means that if I want to change it because I am not English, I need to change the code at different points

This shouldn't be an issue anymore with 3.0 as the CommandParser isn't in core therefore direction names aren't in core. There are suggested exits but those are for bundle developers to use/translate as they see fit
