Re-install after uninstall getting error for writing jogl.dll on windows #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install Parallel Sets
2.Uninstall Parallel Sets from windows start menu
3.Install Parallel Sets

I'm expecting parallel sets to finish the installation process.  Instead I
get an error messages that says: "Error opening file for writing:
C:\Program Files\Parallel Sets\jogl.dll

This is on Windows XP.  I'm trying to install the *.exe file for either 2.0
or 2.1.  Both give me the same result.

Looks like these files are not erased on uninstall.  If I rename, and try to 
install
again, I get the same error with a different file, local.db. This file can't be
renamed at all.

I noticed that a reboot is required to complete the uninstall.  Rebooting after
uninstalling fixed everything.  No problems re-installing after that.

This will be taken care of by removing JOGL altogether (issue #36).
