[ZS] Resupply Box text appears red with stored uses #27

The Resupply Box text appears red if there are stored uses. If a player is not using storing uses with the urgency skill then it appears green when it is ready to use.

0 uses left: Resupply Box / 0 Uses Left (both red) 1+ uses left: Resupply Box / 2 Uses Left (both green)

The resupply box trinket shows red text when there are uses available.
