[ZS] Flesh nest anti-griefing #59

There is currently no system in place to protect against flesh nests being destroyed.

One option would be to prevent remort level 0 players from being to destroy nests built by player with a remort level 1 or greater. This would not prevent a higher remort level player from being able to destroy a lower remort level player's nest.
