Better battery optimization avoidance. #8

Add a warning about battery optimization.

Keep the app open while out and about' will work, since disabling battery optimization is hard, don't require it.

It is possible to check whether the battery optimization is on or not.

The app would also be harder to close, when there is a persistent notification.

I can currently recall, that syncthing-android has both the notification and battery optimization detection, phonetrack has only the persistent notification.

That's one of the thing I thought about, but didn't implement it yet. Thank you for the suggestion.

Why not leave the issue open then? Issue trackers can also track new features, throw the 'feature' label on to the issue.
