Prepare UI for translation #212

Well there's too much here. Please make a PR for fixes only (thanks for that work). I agree on removing "Pacman" from UI. I do not agree on the "confirm updates" wording. This patch is monitored to detect changes in installed packages : updates but also uninstalls, downgrades, etc. Translatable "about_description", why not. But I see no point for name, version or URL. I want these to be always be the same as in extension.gnome.org or in metadata or even GNOME's Extensions app. metadata won't be translated on these places unfortunately. I doubt markup is allowed on theses ?
