We stopped making production buildings after 1 Barracks, 1 Factory and 2 Starports #1285

No production building were in the production queue. The problem is probably caused by the fact that we have a Reactored Starport and we are done with the Vikings production so we always have an idle important production building, which prevents the addition of new production buildings.
