Long distance workers are suiciding themselves against Hellions and Reapers #1288

Our SCVs are long distance mining and when they get close to the enemies, they start attacking them because we don't have enough army units to defend, so this part is not really a bug and is working as intended. However, we probably should prevent our SCV from long distance mining if the base in which we want to mine from is under attack. https://aiarena.net/matches/473520/ image

!!Did not test my change!! The commit is master 6070958, check it out if you want. It was a really simple fix so I am not worried about it (did confirm the fix didn't break anything).

Just thought of it a minute too late, but its actually easy to fix, at first I thought it had to be a bot for some reason. Ignore the above comment, will test and confirm it works.
