It seems like the splash logic does not work perfectly, as our Tank shot a full health enemy tank (circled in red) while it could have kept attacking the tank with 4hp (circled in green) that it previously attacked twice to kill it.
My guess is the splash logic thought it could splash on the low health one but the reality is that it was just a tiny bit too far.
