Rich Refinery type not found #1456

On Blackburn AIE, I can see this line in our logs

WARNING: Unit type not found: UNKNOWN (1943)

This is supposedly a Rich Refinery (see https://github.com/BurnySc2/python-sc2/blob/develop/sc2/ids/unit_typeid.py).
