Because we always produce a new base or BC, Marines cannot be produced. We should decide to produce CommandCenters OR Marines at this point, based on how good our economy is.

We could decide based on the number of workers we have and the number of mineral patches still available in our current expands, whether to queue a CC or not. Currently we always queue a CC.
