Segfault on ubuntu 14.04 when processing #7

I pulled the latest code yesterday and got this output when I ran the process 
command. Any ideas?

Just tried this out on an ec2 node with tons of memory.  Amazon linux, which is 
RHEL/Centos derivative.   Same segfault as described above.   Included strace 
output.
