[1.21.1][Neoforge] Wearing Mekansim scuba mask not rendering head beneath it

As described in the title, wearing scuba mask from Mekanism dont renders the head beneath it.

Try reproducing this issue only with the latest version of two mods (and their dependencies) installed and upload the game log afterwards

done, mods were already latest version, same also with only both mods activated. latest.log and debug.log says nothing except the unsual stuff. Also in inventory:
