Includes:
.lastfm for a @lastfmrobot style status command
.lastbio <on/off> to enable/disable showing now playing song in the users bio
.lastlog <on/off> to enable/disable logging the bio updates to the users bot log Changes:
config.env - Added several variables for api access and the bio vars so this will break spotify if the user is dumb
