Hey, afaik, open source doesn't work that way. You may attempt a DMCA, but I don't think it will pull up in favour of you. As you have asked we dual licensed both the files. They are properly passing the licensing constraint. If you don't want your code to be used, better go closed source than cry out here like a baby😂
