Windows defender remove #88

pls add option to remove windows defender antivirus

Heya,

While I understand this is something that may have some valid usecases, I won't be adding this option to Win11Debloat.

It's simply not something that is recommended for the vast majority of users. If you do wanna go this route there's plenty of existing options, but again I strongly recommend against this!
