QuickAssist should not be uninstalled #99

I think that removing MicrosoftCorporationII.QuickAssist is a mistake as it is a common support tool that is a real nuisance to put back.

Heya,

While I do understand the usecase for the Quick Assist app, I don't think most users will want to keep it installed by default.

The script provides plenty of ways to customize what apps are kept and which are uninstalled. For example, you can manually select what apps to uninstall in custom mode, or edit the Appslist.txt file to change what is uninstalled by default.

I feel like adding a fifth option in the menu where it is a middle ground between removing everything and just removing junk. Another candidate for something you may want to keep could be the sticky notes app as it is just useful and not spammy. Perhaps you could call it "Default Light" or something.
