Fix translations + French translations + Add ModeSwitch button + Fix translate in PopoverCombo #55

Hi! I figured out that translations were totally deprecated. So I updated them from source. There was so many confusions that I had to delete the few existing translations (incomplete). I'm sorry for that, but now all is configured :smile:

I also added metadata translations into the extra folder, and adjusted the build system to fit with these changes.

As I am French I added French translations.

I tried to build the app on my computer and it worked :+1:

Finally I was able to keep the Russian translation.

I didn't see the PR of @camellan because I was working on the same thing at the same time XD.

But I copied his changes here, so my PR is the most recent and will have the same changes as @camellan in #54 . I made some others changes that @camellan didn't. It will be better if you merge this PR either than his.

Something with languages, I got excited ) You probably need to keep only the most relevant.
