Question regarding removed address index #26

Hello @raininfotech, recently you created commit titled Remove conflicted code https://github.com/RapidsOfficial/Rapids/commit/f042e3fa23ad9f5e80a2f2f998444b79d59b805d in which you removed address index, which is vital part of ApiServer used by mobile wallet we made. Could you elaborate why you did that?
