Moves HDMI and LCD options to separate folders.

Also includes an option to uncomment each folder from the main printer.cfg

I have not tested running both screens at once.

The only possible conflict is that the LED bar will be mentioned twice if both are uncommented, as the LED bar has been switched from a "pin" to an "LED" when using an HDMI screen so that it appears in the correct category on the klipperscreen menu.

if someone can verify that i wrote out the correct [include] config on printer.cfg before merging.
