Questi on - Could the pinout of the 4 pin STLink connector be added #34

Could the Motherboard and Toolhead 4 pin connectors used to do the STLink updates be documented?

The pictures help some but having the labels on the diagram would make things more clear in my opinion.

We can document and show where the pins on the board/toolhead are and tell where they go on the st-link, but different st-links have different pinouts. At least 2 variations I'm aware of not taking the official one into account. So can't really give a fixed schematic.

So best explanation (SV08 -> ST-Link Mini): 3V3 -> 3.3V IO -> SWDIO CK -> SWCLK G -> GND

Will see if I have a good photo of both pin positions on the SV08 and also add that list.

@WZ9V Is this better for you like this? If so we can close the issue. The pins themselves are quite clearly marked on the boards so I'd assume this is enough info to get it done.

I missed that the labels on the tool head are on the board below the board with the pins.

Pictures now also include the correct pinout markings! 🎉 Hopefully even more clear now!
