add menu exit after filament load/unload #42

after u select filament load or unload u should jump back into the main menu, thats what menu_exit does.

On my printer I've been adding those to a few of the menu items but forgot to add those to the online version. Think there are a few more that can use this, although the filament load and unload are the ones used more frequently.
