Asynchronous Support

This is a massive PR, so here are the major highlights:

• Refactored every SOAP method to be asynchronous
• Refactored the code into server and web-service objects to help keep things organized.
• Created an executable to run the SOAP server from the command line out of the box.
• Added unit tests for every method and completely stubbed out an entire QBWC.
• Integrated TravisCI and istanbul/Coveralls to run said unit tests and get code coverage metrics.
