I have used AL2 on Colaboratory previously with success; however, I have run into a strange error when running the prediction now. Here is a screenshot:
I am using all of the default arguments and making sure the cells are fully loaded in order each time, as I have previously. Any idea why this is happening? I tried with a few different fastas and XL.csv files and I'm getting the same issue each time.

Update Oct 13: I simply tried the same inputs again and everything worked. Andrea suggested it may have been a GPU assignment issue on the back-end. Either way, I can't reproduce this error anymore.
