Installation on HPC with preinstalled AlphaFold #23

I have a question regarding the installation of AlphaLink2. Since our HPC cluster already has AlphaFold installed, should I simply skip the AlphaFold installation steps in your procedure for setting up AlphaLink2?

If it's in the same environment ie you can import the module, it should work. Fingers crossed...
