odd behaviour in 3d view when combining distance filter and self-link peptides overlap filter #116

some of the overlapping peptides self-links (known to be between chains) disappear and don't come back when toggling 'overlap' filter after having messed with distance filter

seen in @giulia9picco homotetramer dataset

need to be showing all links not just shortest to see bug
