Data upload failed #83

Hello team,

I have been trying to upload and analyse PD export data unsuccessfully. I have already tried different datasets some of which I have already used in the past few days. Even those cannot be imported now. Colleagues around have the same issue. This is the error message I am getting:

log id: 81lo607b486g2peplf4bh3ed04_1634141907.log (include this in the github issue) error type: Error message: could not load library "/usr/pgsql-13/lib/plpgsql.so": /usr/pgsql-13/lib/plpgsql.so: undefined symbol: EnsurePortalSnapshotExists
