Dear Colin, It stays on this screen after I hit submit and I'm not the only one experiencing this. Do you know how to fix it? Looking forward to your reply 906264341d1855c3e7ab489e2c377c0

that page in your screenshot worked for me. If you reload that page does it work?

It's still not working immediately after first uploaded?

3222010198 commented 10 months ago

I'm sorry Colin, I've tried several times and still get the same result.

colin-combe commented 10 months ago

try a hard refresh of the browser (CTRL-F5 usually). still broken?

colin-combe commented 10 months ago

you're saying that specific URL show in the screenshots doesn't work for you?

3222010198 commented 10 months ago

你是说屏幕截图中显示的特定 URL 不适合您?

Colin, yes, and I can't open the previously uploaded data in my data either! If I click on "Try loading data only" on the error screen, I get the screen shown in the screenshot below. fbbe5ec2db71fef9ddb6752b0f7ce86 4085e7da3c57bdfd8c22bf4b394fafe

If I click on "Try loading data only" on the error screen, I get the screen shown in the screenshot below.

OK, thanks, that was helpful.

I'm fairly sure this is caused by the browser having cached an old version of the javascript and not updating it.

I think you need to clear the cache of the browser and try again. This the 'hard refresh' I mentioned before, exactly how to do it will depend on your browser.

After clearing the browser cache and reloading, does it work?

colin-combe commented 10 months ago

(or try using a different browser if you can, just to check if it starts working)

colin-combe commented 10 months ago

@xyx233 - is it working for you?

3222010198 commented 10 months ago

Colin, you're right! We did what you said and changed browsers and now we can use XIVIEW properly! It should be a problem with our browser before. Thank you very much!

3222010198 commented 10 months ago

Sorry Colin, we are having problems again, after replacing "network" with "validate" in the URL, it shows the error screen instead of MS2 as before. We tried with a different browser and got the same error, do you know how to fix it? image

colin-combe commented 10 months ago

ok, thanks

colin-combe commented 10 months ago

try now, writing "spectra" instead of "validate" in the URL, working?

xyx233 commented 10 months ago

@xyx233 - is it working for you?

No, I still have the same problem as 3222010198.

colin-combe commented 10 months ago

with the "validate" page?

3222010198 commented 10 months ago

Colin, writing "spectra" instead of "validate" in the URL then it can work properly! Thank you very much!
