Automatically put pinned tabs in special "Pinned Tabs" group #18

On Firefox's original Panorama feature, and in the Tab Groups addon, pinned tabs were always moved to a global parallel group that was always present alongside the user-created groups. This makes sense, since in the tab bar the pinned tabs aren't separated from the regular tabs, and keeping them in the same group that they come from can get messy, since they become accessible from any group after being pinned. So I was wondering if it's possible to add a special group for pinned tabs, and perhaps add an option for it (for people who like the current way) toggling the automatic moving of the tabs to the Pinned Tabs group when pinned. Maybe you could also add the option of automatically pinning the tabs when they get moved to the Pinned Tabs group.

I quite like this idea better than the current approach so I'll try to explore it.

Any updates on the subject? That's the single feature I'm missing on this addon.
