Fix slow start to simulations (maybe deploys?) #137

Likely an issue with creating Talon FX motors

This is due to the current configs wanting updates, and since the simulation doesn't simulate motors that can have current limits, it waits for them until it times out. This could be fixed by not initiating current limits in the simulation
