Add "portable pit" to the bottom of the cart #153

When working in a practice field, it would be very useful to have lightweight pit with us.

Probably an easily portable crate that attaches but can be easily/quickly detached (some sort of a twist-lock fastener?)

Ideas:

Meter
Battery Box for spare CHARGED battery
Battery Box for inverter battery (laptop, leds, speaker, etc)
Wrenches
Ratchets
Loc-Tight
Driver
Rivet Gun (Nope)
