matchmode spectators cannot spectate in-eyes during Warmup #126

As a spectator I cannot spectate in-eyes during Warmup in matchmode.

123 The follow cmd would also be nice to have working during Warmup. Even if the player dies you would still want to be able to follow them. Not sure how one should opt out of following.. +attack or +moveup maybe?

That's funny, this is a duplicate of the oldest unsolved issue #15, which means I should probably get around to solving it!

Actually I'll leave this issue open and close the other, since that was kind of a mess of several issues with all the other ones solved.
