Spectator HUD should respect noscore and hud_noscore. #17

Since merging Maniac's updated code, the spectator HUD always shows the player's score in the corner.

Huh, this doesn't seem to be true anymore, possibly due to this commit: https://github.com/Raptor007/aq2-tng/commit/22fc2d50f0a9eeebeb60a4d552f6a0f95ccd8ce0

I'll reopen the issue if this crops up again.
