Add 4team mode. #23

Some server operators want a 4team mode. (This makes me wonder: is there any desire for a round-based free-for-all elimination mode?)

It turns out the request was intended for multi-team brackets where only 2 teams play at a time. That being the case, 4team isn't really the best way to implement this (since that would require more spawn locations and scoreboard tweaks that don't really apply).
