Hi Raptor007, how are you ?, thank you and congratulations for keeping the aq2 community alive today.

I speak of Brazil, we are configuring a server with some aq2 modality, and I would like to know how to manage to put that announcer from other versions of TNG, voices in the game besides IMPRESSIVE. It would be those KILLING SPREE, STOLEN, DOMINATING, UNSTOPABLE. Do you remember?

There are 3 ways of doing this....

Look into ratoaq2 fork, it has additional announcer sounds added and some other cool features
Disable current TNG announcer and make a similar and better version of it with q2admin lua script...
Pay Raptor007 a six pack, and he might make announcer sound customizable via .ini file :)
