Does the soundcloud playlist work? #65

Hello. I was modifying this bot in various ways, and I noticed that SoundCloud Playlist is not working. Is this not working from the beginning? At first, I can download all JSON metadata in the playlist, but I can't play it. Please help me if you have any solutions.

Currently SoundCloud playlists/albums aren't supported. Adding this to the TODO board
