I'm also unable to sync since the release of version 1.3.17.02. Upgrading to that version gives me the error below when running Qt (Windows 7 x64). Visual C++ is updated to the latest available version (2022, v14.34.31938).

Now let's hope this doesn't become a recurrent issue, since the blockchain is only going to get bigger. I had to bootstrap the whole thing 3 months ago because I (and a lot of other people) were stuck on block 453100:

Same problem I had. You're gonna have to bootstrap your blockchain = download a compressed file with the current blockchain state and then replace your blockchain with the one in that file.

1 - Go here https://bootstrap.raptoreum.com and download the file bootstrap-index.tar.xz for v1.3.17.02.

2 - Delete the powcache.dat file and the directories below from your Raptoreum wallet directory:

• blocks
• chainstate
• evodb
• llmq

3 - Extract the contents of the file you downloaded to your wallet directory.

4 - Edit your raptoreum.conf file and add the lines below:

addressindex=1 futureindex=1 spentindex=1 timestampindex=1 txindex=1

5 - Run the Raptoreum Core Qt wallet and it should now start up and sync your blockchain.

It got way too late my time before I managed to set up the release. Have edited instructions on the release that should cover all of the above!
