The translations are working properly in the code, but the output from Transifex had some errors. I edited the .ts file for the French translation and cleaned up all of the apostrophes (using real open and close ones!), fixed a few & errors, and corrected some singular translations. The keyboard shortcuts still have duplicates - I did not review all of these. UI works fine with the duplicates, but would be nice to cleanup. I think we can merge this unless we want to review all the keyboard shortcuts first.
