Offer message containing c=IN IP4 0.0.0.0 #198

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Call to any other(not sipml5) WebRTC client.
2. See the Offer message in the console debug window
3. c line is containing c=IN IP4 0.0.0.0

Expected: Default candidate should choose from one of the candidates from SDP 
part

This is introduced in Latest changes.
