f0ae984 is complete enough to deploy to a dev server to check with Courtney and George

Initial deployment was bugged because dplyr was not in the DESCRIPTION file. c4785b5 fixes this and the app is now deployed to https://ibidyouadu.shinyapps.io/eco_dataportal_dev/
