Add note about number of records required #55

Can we add a note to the plots that restrict the number of records per month? Maybe instead of "There was not enough data to create a plot"

"At least 100 records per species per month are required to create this plot"

Courtney, is this two requests? Add not to plots or just add a note if there is no plot?

One request to replace the text that is there now when there is no plot with "At least 100 records per species per month are required to create this plot"
